DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals. 

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER? 

It depends on where you are. Orders processed will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 1-2 Weeks.

Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

 

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly info@azoro.se and we’ll take you through the process.  

 

HOW DO I USE MY PROMOTION CODE?

At the checkout page, to apply your promotion code, you will see a small box “Discount”, enter the code, and press “Apply”. Be sure there are no additional spaces before or after the code.

Kindly note that only one promotion code is valid per order. Promotion code cannot be combined with an additional promotion code.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We apply a 14 day no questions asked return policy when you purchase through www.azoro.se This applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. If consumers use their right to send back an order they should contact Azoro in order to get a return address to send the item to. Return shipping is paid by the consumer.

WHO PAYS FOR CUSTOMS AND VAT?

When you order from a country within the EU you pay the price including Swedish VAT and no other fees are added. However, when you order from a country outside of the EU, you will be responsible for the local VAT and customs. Contact your local customs office for more information.
